The CodeRED Community Emergency Alert system is used by the Emergency Communications Center to notify residents and businesses of critical situations and provide information regarding necessary actions. Residents and businesses located within Lampasas are encouraged to sign up for CodeRED to be sure they receive timely emergency notifications and other important information. This is our way of notifying you in an emergency situation.  The CodeRED alert system is free to all residents. 

 You can register to receive phone calls, text messages and e-mail messages in case of emergency. The system is TTY/TDD compatible.  It will only take a few minutes to enjoy a service that just may save your life.  Please tell all of your friends and family about this invaluable service. If they don’t have computer access, have them contact our office and we will be happy to assist them.
