Utility Rates

The City of Lampasas offers its customers the convenience of paying their utility bill online at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/lampasastx/utilities

Customers are also welcome to set up their account to pay by bank draft.  Customers may come in to the City Administration Building and fill out the paperwork, and a voided check or deposit slip to activate this service. 

Effective October 1, 2018 a 2% processing fee will be charged on all credit/debit card transactions.

Garbage Rates

*Residential – Urban Two Pickups weekly

*Commercial – Urban Hand Pickup twice weekly

*All garbage rates are subject to periodic/monthly fuel cost adjustment fees.

*All garbage charges are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

Sewer Rates

*Calculated annually based on averaged water consumption during the months of December, January, and February.

*Residential - New customers are billed on the basis of 5,000 gallons, which is $46.75

*Commercial - New customers are billed on the basis of 5,000 gallons, which is $50.75

Street Maintenance

*Deposits are subject to increase based upon credit history.
