    Staff has the authority to shut down any unsafe activity

    Renters are requited to clean up after their event

    Rain-outs will be rescheduled if possible

    No parties will be booked after the start of school or on Holiday weekends: Memorial Day, 4^th of July or Labor Day weekend

25. In order to be refunded your deposit, event must be cancelled 10 days in advanced.
